With winter already settled here, it feels like a fresh new beginning. It’s the perfect time to try new things such as new skin care products. Why wear sunscreen all year round?
You may wonder what ‘why is sunscreen important’ or ‘should I wear sunscreen every day’. The answer to both is yes. When it comes to sun protection, it does not matter what skin type or skin tone you have. The texture of the cream is pleasant – at first, I was trying to apply it by massaging it into my face as I do with my creams, but I realised that it’s best to gently pat it into the skin, both because of its consistency and to avoid having a white cast. I usually apply along the lengths of 2 fingers (index and middle) to get the quantity needed for both the face and the heck.
It also has a distinct smell but not strong. It is a bit drying especially for the cold season so I need to find a balance and see how well I have to hydrate before applying it. If you are a fan of matte finish, this sunscreen is for you!
