Spot The Difference Blemish Treatment
The main ingredient in this product is 4-Terpineol – it is found in tea tree extract, and contributes to the healing of blemishes. This blemish treatment also contains tea tree extract, camphor leaf, liquorice root, green tea leaf, mentha aquatica, and broadleaf bamboo. All of these ingredients have antioxidant properties that calm, soothe, revitalise and reinvigorate the skin. It is also infused with hydrating Ceramide capsules to help restore the skin barrier.
I use the Spot The Difference Blemish Treatment as part of my skincare routine, whenever I have a spot on my face. I usually apply a small amount on that area, after I clean and tone the skin. After the product is absorbed, I continue with the rest of my skincare routine.
The Spot The Difference Blemish Treatment comes in a dropper bottle, smaller than your usual ampoule / serum bottle. The point of this treatment is not to apply to the whole face, but rather on problem areas. I was expecting it to be a rather thick gel, but it actually is very lightweight and as soon as I apply it onto the skin, it becomes watery and is quickly absorbed. I would say that a little goes a long way! In terms of scent, it had a very subtle one – almost herbal with a hint of tea tree. I love this kind of fresh scents for my skincare products. I am using this gel not only when I see a spot forming but also before (to prevent it become too painful) and after (to help with the healing).
