Recipe: Banana Date Smoothie

This morning I was craving something sweet and easy to do. At the same time, something to keep me full. I always knew smoothies completely fill up my small stomach, so I decided to try a banana & dates smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 handful of pitted dates
  • 150ml of soy milk
  • coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth (though I had some small pieces of date from time to time)
  2. Pour in a tall glass and decorate with coconut flakes
  3. Enjoy! 🙂
