This morning I was craving something sweet and easy to do. At the same time, something to keep me full. I always knew smoothies completely fill up my small stomach, so I decided to try a banana & dates smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 handful of pitted dates
- 150ml of soy milk
- coconut flakes
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth (though I had some small pieces of date from time to time)
- Pour in a tall glass and decorate with coconut flakes
- Enjoy! 🙂
